Born in France, Monique is a dual Italian and American citizen. With a degree in social and cultural Anthropology from Connecticut College in the USA, she has lived and worked in Italy as executive and marketing assistant in publishing and advertising companies and has worked for 8 years in The Walt Disney Company as marketing product assistant. She joined the Prada Group in 1999 where, following her dream of working in a sports environment, she joined team Luna Rossa in July of 2000. Since then, she has worked initially supporting the design team and then working in logistics, communications and hospitality activities. Prior to this campaign she has participated with Luna Rossa in the 2003, 2007, 2013 and 2021 editions of the America’s Cup, as well as the Louis Vuitton Pacific Series in 2009, the TP52 circuit in 2010 and Extreme Sailing Series in 2011. This is her fifth America’s Cup with team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli.
