Originally from Latina, Angelo studied at the Professional Institute of Mechanics and has several years of experience in hull construction and tuning of mechanical parts. Among his various collaborations is the Wally shipyard, where he was involved in the construction of racing and cruising boats. He has participated in several editions of the America's Cup: in 2007 he was boat builder for Mascalzone Latino, in 2010 he collaborated on the construction of the Alinghi 5 catamaran for the 33^rd edition, and in 2013 and 2021 he worked with Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli. The 2024 edition will therefore be his fifth America's Cup, the third with the Italian challenger. In his spare time, he loves go-karting and cooking.
