Born in France, Adrien graduated in naval engineering from ENSTA in Paris. Since 2015 he has been designing appendages and performing performance prediction studies for offshore racing boats at the VPLP design office. He participated in the projects of Maxi Banque Populaire 9 and 11, Macif 100, SVR (Ultim), Charal 1, Malizia-Seaexplorer (IMOCAS). This is his first America's Cup; within the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team he is in charge of designing the appendages. His hobbies are home brewing and sea sports.
