A graduate in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Michele has always worked in the world of automation in the heart of a region famous for being home to major companies worldwide. He is involved in analysis, architecture, and software development at various levels, ranging from database and .NET environment developments to PLC programming, electrical schematic design, wiring, and testing of complex mechatronic systems. Passionate about the sea (he holds a nautical license), he joined the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team in 2018, just in time to participate in his first America's Cup in Auckland. Barcelona 2024 will mark his second Cup campaign. As a Red Cross volunteer, he enjoys hiking and skiing in his spare time.
