    The debut of foiling Multihulls

For the America's Cup in San Francisco, a new boat Class was born, the AC72 (22-meter) foiling catamarans: large, complex and highly technologically advanced. They will provide thrilling racing in the shadow of the Golden Gate and, above all, a memorable comeback: the Cup Match is raced, in fact, between finalist challenger Emirates Team New Zealand and U.S. Defender Oracle, which, due to penalties, starts two points behind. The Kiwi team seems unstoppable in its race to the trophy, but when reaching the fateful 8-1, one point from victory, it stalls and is caught up and overtaken by the American crew in what will be defined as the most historic comeback in history of sport. The United States won 9-8.
